With an extensive split-level garden flanked by olive trees surrounding the house, and 2 large sunny terraces, home to a table, chairs overlooking the pool and sea and a further smaller shady terrace, equipped with dining equipment what more could you ask for?...but there's more...the spacious, fresh interior is attractively furnished in traditional design and d?©cor, and there's no shortage of home comforts to aid relaxation including a clean, bright kitchen and lounge which overlooks the pool and sea. This is a desirable retreat for daytimes spent soaking up the sun and views, and enjoying al-fresco barbecues at night. The elevated location from the beach and resort, up a steep hill, means Nicoletta is not suitable for the less mobile.
